NADINE MULDER
Preganancy & postpartum
Preparation + treatment + rehabilitation.
Nadine has been caring for women and families in Sydney for over 16 years. She is also a proud mother of three energetic children — an experience that has deeply shaped both her clinical perspective and her compassion for the realities of motherhood.
She holds a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and a Master of Chiropractic from Macquarie University, graduating in 2008. Since then, Nadine has dedicated her career to advanced study in pregnancy and postpartum care, completing extensive postgraduate training in Australia and the United States. She has worked alongside and trained with; physiotherapists, midwives, doulas and exercise physiologists.
Through years of further education, mentorship, and clinical focus, she has developed a particular expertise in preconception preparation, pregnancy care, birth preparation, and postnatal rehabilitation. Her ongoing professional development in both Australia and the USA places her among a small group of practitioners with advanced, internationally informed training in this specialised field.

Care Informed by Experience — Professionally and Personally
Having navigated pregnancy, birth, postpartum recovery, and the juggle of raising three children herself, Nadine understands firsthand the physical changes, emotional shifts, and time pressures that come with motherhood.
She knows that women are not just looking for “treatment” — they want practical strategies, efficient care, and guidance that fits into real life.
Her philosophy is simple:
Pregnancy should be enjoyed — not endured.
Birth should feel supported and empowering.
Recovery should be realistic, intentional and thorough.
Nadine is passionate about helping women feel strong in their bodies, confident in their choices, and prepared not only for birth — but for the years of motherhood that follow.
