Throughout your sessions, we will endeavour to impart as much evidence based information about your body, pregnancy, childbirth, anatomy, posture, possible complications and caring for yourself postnatally - if this interests you. We invite questions and will happily spend time broadening your understanding on many pregnancy related topics.

In your third trimester, you can also host a session between yourself and your partner to learn more in depth information about what happens in childbirth and different ways to troubleshoot when things don’t go according to plan. This will give you and your partner tools to apply in an attempt to avoid unnecessary intervention during birth.
